At C show held on 5 – 6 January in Ajman (UAE) the Junior Champion Filly was named Ras Alsina (by Gazal Al Shaqab) – a yearling bred and owned by Sheikh Zayad Bin Hamdan Bin Zayad Bin Sultan Al Nahayyan. Hovewer she is a Michałów State Stud breeding concept as her dam (Wideta by Wachlarz) was bought at 2003 Pride of Poland sale in foal to Gazal Al Shaqab. Wideta together with the future – champion Ras Alsina (in bosom) costed 46 000 EUR.
