In the strong group of competitors at United Arab Emirates National Championships in Abu Dhabi 8 horses with Polish roots was placed in Top Fives of their classes.
These were:
IInd in yerling fillies class – Junior Champion Filly of C show in Ajman – Ras Al Sina (Gazal Al Shaqab-Wideta/Wachlarz) – bred and owned by Sh. Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahayyan (UAE)
IIIrd in the same class – Nesma (Gazal Al Shaqab-Promenada/Wachlarz) bred and owned by Sh. Zayed Bin Hamdan Bin Sultan Al Nahayyan (UAE)
IVth in 4-7 years old stallions class- Lahek W’rsan (Emigrant-Espinacja/Endel) bred and owned by Sh.Sultan Bin Sultan Al Nahyan (UAE)
In class of mares 8 y.o.and older were placed::
IInd Elwia (Ecaho-Etopka/Eukaliptus) bred by Michałów Stud owned by Sh. Zayed Bin Hamdan Bin Sultan Al Nahayyan (UAE)
IIIrd Wideta (Wachlarz-Wendeta/Palas) bred by Michałów Stud owned by Sh. Zayed Bin Hamdan Bin Sultan Al Nahayyan (UAE)
Vth Etra (Pepi-Etażerka/Bandos) Janów Podlaski Stud owned by Sh. Zayed Bin Hamdan Bin Sultan Al Nahayyan (UAE)
In the class of stallions 8 y.o.and older IVth was placed Janów-bred Bakarat (Partner-Bajeczka/Bandos) owned by Sh. Zayed Bin Hamdan Bin Sultan Al Nahayyan (UAE),and Vth was Danton (Europejczyk-Darowizna/Partner) bred by Białka Stud owned by Sh. Zayed Bin Hamdan Bin Sultan Al Nahayyan (UAE)
Unfortunately none of these horses won the Champion or Reserve title.
