As the heads of the Agricultural Property Agency (ANR) – President Waldemar Humięcki and Vice President Karol Tylenda – announced at a press conference today, this year’s Pride of Poland auction and other events of the Polish Arabian Horse Days will be organized on the previously scheduled date (August 12th-15th) by the Janów Podlaski State Stud in cooperation with the Poznań International Fair (MTP).
MTP from 2015 is a company wholly owned by the City of Poznań. The history of the company started in 1921 when the 1st Poznań Trade Fair was organized. Today it is a leader of the Polish exhibition industry, having about 60% share in the exhibition market in Poland, which ranks it the first organizer of exhibition events and fair in Central and Eastern Europe. MTP was responsible for the organization of such important events as the Warsaw Climate Summit in 2013. MTP organizes the Breeding Animals Exhibition (from 2001) and the Cavaliada event (in Poznań, Lublin and Warsaw), which is an equestrian competition of an exceptional scale.
It’s been also announced that the Pride of Poland and the Summer Sale list of horses will be published in the beginning of May.
