All horses invited to participate in the Al Khalediah International Show are already in Saudi Arabia and are undergoing a several day quarantine. Poland is represented by Janów’s Pianissima (Gazal Al Shaqab – Pianosa/Eukaliptus), Psyche Victoria (Ekstern – Pallas-Atena/Ecaho) of Chrcynno Pałac, as well as Altis (WH Justice – Albia/Pers) of Falborek Arabians. Also present are the Michałów-breds: Emiliusz (Laheeb – Emocja/Monogramm), owned by the Republic of South Africa, Fernando (Monogramm – Frejlina/Pepton), property of Turban Stud (Denmark) and Esparto, (Ekstern –Ekspozycja/Eukaliptus), on lease to Ajman Stud.

“The Arabian horse is a culture treasure of the Arab world”, we read on the organizer’s website. “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, along with other countries in the Arabian Gulf, is proud to preserve this priceless cultural heritage by breeding, showing, and racing the finest Arabian horses in the world.”

The number of Poles that arrived at the 25 square km estate being home to Al Khalediah Stud is somewhat slim – the Poszepczyński family accompany Psyche Victoria, while Wojtek Kowalik is a companion to Altis. Only about 50 people from the entire world were invited. Today they will witness the auction, while the show will take place on the 17-18th of January. We will keep you informed about the results of the Polish horses on our website.
