The most exclusive Arabian horse show series in the world, with the largest prize fund in history continues its exciting journey across the Middle East. Next stop: the capital city of Oman – Muscat, located on the picturesque Gulf of Oman, at the foot of the Hajar Mountains, which is to be hosted by Al Bustan Palace, one of the Ritz-Carlton hotels. The organisers have planned the next breathtaking experiences for the Easter weekend, beginning on 30th March and ending on 1st April 2024.

A panel of 20 judges will be in charge of judging at the event, among them : Elyas Ebrahim Faraj from Bahrain, Al Ghanem Al Mazrouei from the United Arab Emirates, Charlotte Rowell from the UK and Luiz Antonio Rocco from Brazil. Nine judges will be randomly selected each time to oversee individual classes, and they will not know which classes they are judging until the very end.

After two marvellous weekends with the Global Champions Arabians Tour in Doha and Abu Dhabi, in the lead are D Borkan bred and owned by Dubai Arabian Horse Stud and AJ Kayya from Ajman Stud, with the highest number of points in the stallions and mares ranking. Thus far, the leaders have scored 37 and 40 points, respectively. More, AJ Kayya won in both previous stages!

“We’re delighted to bring the Tour to Muscat in its inaugural year, and we continue to be impressed by the calibre of the horses presented”, commented Faleh Mohammed HA Al-Nasr, Chairman of the Global Champions Arabians Tour. “The Tour is a celebration of the Arabian horse’s majestic beauty and rich heritage, fostering international collaboration and cultural exchange. Guided by our fundamental values of integrity, honesty and excellence, the Tour serves as a platform to showcase the rich tapestry of cultures and traditions from the participating nations to a global audience.”

Here, visitors can immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of Omani traditions, indulging in traditional artisanal crafts, and experiencing the art of shisha in an ambience of hospitality and warmth.
