Tutto Arabi
Tutto Arabi

Week ago, during All Nations Cup in Aachen the newest Tutto Arabi issue had it’s premiere. This bi-monthly magazine is promoted as „The most widely circulated magazine in Arab countries”.

The over 200 pages issue is being entered with the huge article about Arabian Horse Days Poland by our editorial staff member – Urszula Łęczycka. The article is richly illustrated with Irina Filsinger’s photos showing not only the champions but also every 1st and 2nd placed horse in the classes, special awards winners as well as the sale horses from the main list. National show and Pride of Poland sale results fulfill the text.

Amongst the articles about the summer show season one can find also the huge report from Vilhelmsborg (Int. A), by well known Dutch judge Marianne Tengstedt and two other shows where Polish horses competed as well – photo gallery from Ströhen (national and international C) and Elran Cup international show in Borgloon. The other described events that Poles didn’t attend due to the far distance from Poland were: Italian shows in Umbria (C-show and Egyptian Event) and in Boario (B class). There are also some famous stars pictured at these shows as: Col Cora, Shownel, Sandhiran or Fer Fiera Blanca. Very interesting and quite exotic might be the photo gallery by Joanna Jonientz and Erwin Escher from Egyptian Event Europe, Straight Egyptian horses show that took place in Lanaken near Aachen (see Erwin Escher’s pictures from this and other shows also at polskiearaby.pl web galleries: http://polskiearaby.eu/?page=galeria&lang=en&typ=pokazy&id=16). On the Egyptian Event Europe pictures of the „Egyptian of the Year” – The Princess of Egypt (Orayan – Shahneekha) from Ajman are presented among of all. The local show events are these from 34th French Nationals, 6th Czech Republic Nationals and a photo gallery from Ischia (Italy) regional show. The shows & events part ends with the beautiful report from Oriental Image evening gala. Oriental Image was the event organized at XVIIIth century built Villa Pelligrini Cipolla nearby Verona. This luxurious event organized by Fieracavalli and Oriental Image organizations was the occasion to Egyptian Arabian horse presentation in the nice non-competitive atmosphere, and not only in Arabian horse breeders body. The best horses from 18 studs were shown – including world champions – Hadidi and Royal Colours. This Arabian horse gala was also the occasion to run few charity sales.

Each Tutto Arabi, besides the big shows part includes also the reportages from sport events. This issue describes four endurance championships – CEI*** (158,9 km) in Rambouillet (France), Assisi Endurance Lifestyle FEI C*** 120 km (Bab Al Shams Endurance Cup) and internationally most important ones – St. Galmier event including French National Championships (3***), CEI**, Cup of France and CEN* as well as CEIO*** in Compiegne on 160 km distance that Poles also took part in.

Tutto Arabi dedicates each issue also to outstanding celebrities profiles – of human and horse world. In this issue, the chief editor – Simone Leo talks to dr. Nasr Marei – one of the most important Egyptian Arabian horse breeding authority, owner of Albadeia stud in Egypt and breeder of world champion Gelgelah Albadeia. The outstanding horse this time is Balaton- and FS Bengali-grandson Bolero EM (Shaklan Ibn Bengali – Bawda), owned by Ruth Wenzel. It was a good shot of Tutto Arabi – as Bolero – international champion of Wels, Fraunefeld and St. Tropez shows was annonuced Araber Weltweit Horse of the Year and Top Five Colt at All Nations Cup this year!

As the special issue for All Nations Cup this one is also full of most important breeding and training centers announcements (as a magazine, Tutto Arabi, besides American Arabian Horse World, is an absolute leader in advertising). On the marvelous pictures one can see the well known horse stars as well as the debutants of such studs as: Albidayer Stud (with famous Marajj’s come back for 2007 World Championships announce), Aria Arabians, Ajman Stud, Al Shaqab, Yeguada Ferrero, Halsdon Arabians, Dubai Arabian Stud – these are only a few that present their offer in Tutto Arabi, that became a kind of international notice board.
So strange is the fact that, despite the raising problem with Arabian horse sales market, Poles seem to ignore this most wide Arabian horse medium. Besides once-a-year Pride of Poland announcements only two Polish bred and owned horses were placed on the ads in Tutto Arabi in the past two years – these horses were Ganga (Emigrant – Granada by Monogramm), bred by Chrcynno Pałac – announced in 2006 and – in this last issue – stallion Tullamore (Harbin – Turbina by Balaton), bred in Dioni Stud. The full page ad costs are not low but the promotion and material benefits of such an ad could be much more profitable.

The pre-sale of this Tutto Arabi October 5/2007 supplement was published especially on the occasion of All Nations Cup – the event that every Arabian horse lover should attend at least once in his life – as Simone Leo writes in the editorial, mentioning that Tutto Arabi, as well as All Nations Cup, celebrates it’s anniversary as well – the 10th of Tutto this year.
The cover of this special issue shows 2006 World Reserve Champion Mare – Panarea by Palawan pictured with the owner – Crowned Prince of Ajman, Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi.
