Ten, a Champion and Reserve are awarded. The finals will be held during the 2008 Scottsdale Show and winning photographs and their ribbons will be displayed in the Entry Tent during the Scottsdale Show. Besides the ribbons the winners will be awarded with prize money of $10 to the Top Ten, $50 to Reserve, and $100 to the Champion of each out of four categories.

The first edition was a huge success last year. There were over 200 entries from United States only. And – as the organizers say – the contest is open to everyone, for the international competitors as well. There are two author’s age divisions: 13-17 years old and 18 years and older and the categories in both the Youth and Adult Division are:

1. Beauty of the Arabian Horse
2. My Horse and Buddy
3. Love my Horse
4. Humorous Horse

Each competitor may submit his pictures to more than one category but only one per category.

Pictures, prepared due to the rules of contest have to be sent to AHAA until the 1st February 2008.

The rules, entry forms and address you can find here (rules, entry form) or at the website: http://www.scottsdaleshow.com/contests/photography.html
We look forward to see our visitors’ photos to be presented at Scottsdale Show as well!
