The 34th Pride of Poland Sale took place on August 10th, 2003, which marked two anniversaries: 185 years of Janów Podlaski Stud and 50 years of Michałów Stud. As many as 24 mares were sold from the main list. Among them the highest prices were achieved by Embella, grey 1995 (out of Emanacja/Eukaliptus), one of the best Monogramm daughters bred at Michałów, sold for 140 thousand euro to the US*; and Elwia, grey 1996 (Ecaho – Etopka/Eukaliptus), bred by Michałów Stud, who was also sold for 140 thousand euro to the United Arab Emirates. A respectable price of 105 thousand euro was achieved also by the Monogramm daughter Figlarka, grey 1995 (out of Frejlina/Pepton), bred by Michałów Stud and sold to Brazil.

The total outcome of the Pride of Poland Sale resulted in 770 thousand euro and the Silent Sale brought in a further 65 thousand euro. At the Silent Sale good prices (23 thousand euro each) were achieved by two stallions used in Polish breeding: the Michałów-bred Furiat, dark bay 1995 (Monogramm – Furora/Pepton) went to the US and Werter, grey 1996 (Eukaliptus – Walkiria/Mamluk) – to Jordan and later on to Belgium to Jadem Arabians, where he gained great popularity.
