Polish horses – US Champions!
Last weekend the second mare representing Polish breeding at 2007 US Nationals ended her performance up. Michałów-bred and owned Emandoria became unanimous US National Junior Champion.

Not longer than a week ago the 2007 US Nationals in Albuquerque began – and we already know the results of the first competitions of Polish breeding representatives at this prestigious event.

Ashmin to the State Stallions’ Depot in France
Month ago, in the summary of Polish achievements in the most important endurance event of the season – World Endurance Championships in Compiegne, we mentioned about the big interest in Polish horses. Beata Dzikowska, owner of the Champion Endurance Club competing with two Pure bred horses in Compiegne: Efendi (Harbin – Eutrofia by Palas) br. SK Białka and Ashmin (Fawor – Aktorka by Embargo) br. Zbigniew Górski, was mentioning about some negotiations after the event in France.

Yesterday the 2007 US Nationals in Albuquerque, New Mexico began. The American Horse Association (AHA) together with arabhorse.com website gave Arabian horse lovers from all around the world the opportunity to watch the most important Arabian horse event in US live
The Poles at Topolcianky
This past weekend Topolcianky (Slovakia) hosted the finals of the Central European Endurance Cup (CEEC). The competition saw 35 horse-rider pairs from 8 countries at the start line, including representatives of Poland – Kamilia and Marcin Tobiasz.

Orgia Fata’s run into history
Orgia Fata (Chndaka – HF Olympia) confirmed that she is a worthy successor of her ancestors. The pupil of Longin Błachut repeated the success of her great-granddam Orla, who won the Criterium Stakes twice in 1965 and 1966. As we mentioned previously, Orgia Fata’s granddam – Orgia – also noted a win in this race in 1975. In the history of this race only two fillies won it twice: Dywersja (in 1928 and 1929) and the mentioned Orla. Now this elite group is joined by the athletic filly trained by Dorota Kałuba – Orgia Fata.
A horse like a good wine
WOJCIECH KOWALIK, named Best Handler of this year’s Polish National Championships in Janów Podlaski, nearly forgot how winter looks like in Poland. For he spent many of the winter months in Saudi Arabia, conditioning horses for the Middle Eastern shows. However he feels more like a breeder than a handler, although he constantly lacks time to manage his own stud. Today he shares with us his experiences as both a trainer and breeder.
Orgia Fata – a place in the history books? Arabian track records
This coming Sunday the Warsaw Służewiec Racetrack will host the Criterium Stakes, this year eligible only to Polish-bred horses registered in the PASB. The line up for the race includes 8 horses. Two colts have been entered by trainer Andrzej Wójtowicz. The number one position in the race program will belong to the grey New Man (Major – Njuschaah)
Polish horses at US Nationals will have famous rivals
Just in a week, on 18th October the most important in US and one of the most prestigious Northern American events dedicated to Pure bred, half-bred and Angloarabian horses will begin – the US National Championships. To the event that will take place at Expo New Mexico in Albuquerque (NM) until 27th October nearly 3000 horses are entered (as on the day of 27th September)
